Intouch Games (UK License Surrendered) Casinos

It was in the West Midlands that Intouch Games first started manufacturing physical gaming machines in 2001, supplying pubs and independent bookies as a starting point.

Only five years later they took the leap and started operating in the online sector as well, and this is where things really started to gather pace.

They now run several of their own casino brands, some with exclusive games made by Intouch themselves, they have a workforce of almost 500 people, and offices ihe UK, Cyprus, Romania, Vietnam and Taiwan.

In 2022 InTouch were acquired by software supplier the Skywind Group, who have a portfolio of over 200 of their own slots and casino games.  This doubles the size of the overall company and workforce and gives the InTouch brands wider access to games and markets.

UKGC Suspends Intouch Games Gambling License Leading to Surrender

Intouch Games Surrendered License

After the UKGC looked into Intouch Games’ operating procedures, they found failures regarding anti money laundering processes, issues with fair and transparent terms and practices, and the potential non-reporting of key events.

These concerns led to Intouch Games’ license being suspended with immediate effect, as of September 1st 2023.

New customers could not sign up to casino sites run by Intouch Games until the UKGC comes to a conclusion after their investigation.  A day later InTouch decided to surrender their license entirely, meaning all sites are now closed and will not come back (unless bought by another licensed brand)

Current customers can rest assured that any money in their accounts is safe and can be withdrawn as normal, but no new deposits are allowed and the games are not available either.

The sites will remain open until March 2024 for withdrawals, after which time withdrawals can still be requested by contacting In Touch / Skywind directly.  For the avoidance of doubt Skywind, who acquired In Touch in 2022, are solvent and still active in other areas.

About the Company

As well as running a handful of their own sites, Intouch Games is also the white label provider for slotfactory.com – although this is new territory for the company.

Game development is another area of the business and one which they are much more familiar with; they claim to have over 5 million players in the UK and those sorts of numbers aren’t reached by fluke.

Intouch take great pride in the fact that all of their games are developed in house, and they aim to release a new one each and every month, which makes for an ever changing and ever expanding game library at their casino’s. There are now 130+ titles in their arsenal.

The takeover of InTouch by Skywind in 2022 further increases the depth of their games portfolio and crucially now give them access to other markets and operators for B2B services. Skywind on the other hand gain an established and bespoke set of UK brands with a strong and loyal customer base,
